Austin, I would say inspect the flex cable for your digitizer however you have installed two and both do not work my first question is did you buy them from the same place? If so that may be your problem, that supplier may have run a bad batch of digitizers with flex cable discrepancies. I would return them and get my money back then buy one from this website, believe me it will be worth the extra few bucks you may spend. If you bought it on Amazon or Ebay only go with highly rated suppliers with high feedback rankings, 4 stars or above and also a considerable amount of feedback. If you look and it says five stars 15 times find another supplier with higher numbers. The only thing you could do now is inspect the flex on the digitizer and the connector on the logic board to ensure there is no damage. If you find damage on the logic board connector you may have to have a board level repair performed. Hope this helps!
