== I have to get the pictures off of there there is like4000 picture but I do not know what to do....it was working fine then it just went black.I have the audience of my car wreck..can anyone fix the phone are get the pictures for me.

Your photos should be backed up to google.photos.com. Just sign in to your Gmail account and your photos should be there. Google backs up your photos for free. Hope this helps.

If this is a Galaxy Note 4, try taking out the battery altogether, and then putting the battery back in. Wait for it to charge to a reasonable level, then try to turn on the phone again. I actually have this issue once in a while. Also, if you do manage to get it to work again, I suggest saving all the photos to the external SD card. That way you can just pull it out and read it anywhere there is an SD card slot.
