I got an ACER T06 cell phone for Christmas (2016) and I can not download on to the SD card, although it is supposed to work. When I try I am told that the "internal storage is full" How can I switch it over to get it to download to the card?

If you have 4.4 and lower, you can move apps to sdcard by going into settings > apps > slide right until you get to "SD Card". Unchecked apps mean that the app isn't on your SD card so check them. If you have 6.0 and higher, you can choose to treat the sd card as internal storage (not sure where that is).
Downsides to having apps on sd cards:
The app will no longer be available when the sd card is removed (until you reinsert it)
apps run slower on sd cards
