hi i recently bougth a ps4 slim 1tb CUH 2016B model. It camed with the cooler broken so i have to replace it. Ive been looking on ebay and i cant find that model of coolerso im wondering if i could replace it with the cooler of the ps4 CUH-1215A. What do you recomend? What model of cooler will work with a ps4 CUH 2016B? Thanks

Its been difficult looking into this for you since I don't have the systems to compare in person but yes they are compatible with each other and I did find parts for it online (they're used though and one in particular struck me as odd since they decided to mention sold as is) anyways, only thing I saw that may be an issue is if the fan from the 1215 has a higher power rating. Realistically the system doesn't use ALL of the power and chances are a not so fast fan is still a better fan than the one that's in there. So yes you could do it, but at the same time you could and probably should contact Sony first, its a pretty new system - they're might be coverage through the manufacturer warranty.

yes, the fan isnt working. i need to replace it but it is a new model that i cant find it!
