I can not locate the flasher relay location on my crown vic.

@lostonthecrown , Brian your model may not be equipped with the old style flasher, instead equipped with a lighting control module (LCM). Problem could be wrong/bad bulb/bulbs installed, dirt/loose/damaged wires grounds, bulb socket burnt/corroded, defective multi function/signal switch, defective LCM.
