Charge your phone for few hours. Copy the zip file for cm from https://download.cyanogenmod.org/ in a microSD card. Put microSD card inside phone. Now start your phone in TWRP or CWMrecovery mode. You need to press volume or powerbuttons to go to recovery mode, Now install zip... Enjoy

Hi you can use 2 methods first copy the cm zip file to you SD card then flash recovery clock work mode for n7000 using Odin, then get into recovery mode and install zip file from SD card before you must wipe Dalvik cache and data. Other method is download stock firmware or similar .tar file and flash using odin. As per my experience AKOP is good ROM find Roms on www.xdadevelopers.com

1. Install your phone's USB driver.

2. Get Odin (for Samsung) .

3. Connect phone by USB cable to your PC, after putting it in download mode.

4. Select .img file for clockwork mode flash it in PDA mode.

5.Copy ROM( .Zip )file to SD card and boot your phone to custom recovery mode.

6. To read details on flashing please visit XDA developers website, also get link to the new roms there.

Enjoy
