Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 Charger won't fit in anymore.

Recently I accidentally forgot to charge my tablet and it got completely drained so I searched online for a solution and I had to remove the LCD wire from the motherboard for it to charge for a few mins (the charger still fits) but after I removed the charger to attach the case , the charger won't fit anymore! I removed the case again to check if it the case was the problem but the charger still won't fit ! There seems to be a black metal blocking the way idk what it is and if it should be there.

PS. [I can't upload a pic because that was my only means of camera , I'll get killed if my parents find out I destroyed the tablet :c]
