This could be due to a number of reasons. To troubleshoot, try connecting another device in your home to your wireless network to make sure the network is working. If not, you may need to restart your router/modem. Make sure your printer is within the range of your wireless router, and that it is not placed near a microwave, cordless phone or large metal objects.
You may need to check your router's MAC settings - these could restrict new devices from being able to connect to your printer. If settings are in place, check the MAC address of your printer and register it with your network (check guide linked below on how to find the address). Additionally, you may have to input the name of your network (SSID) manually if it doesn't appear, or check to make sure the WEP/WPA keys are entered correctly.
For more troubleshooting info for network connectivity, visit the printer's user manual.

The printer worked fine over the weekend, Monday I needed to print something and the printer couldn’t be found. On checking the printer it was off line, went to WiFi set up, my SSID wasn’t listed so manually entered it. Failed! Several attempts and the printer is not finding my network. It finds others and, as I said, won’t manually connect to mine either. Epson XP-332
Why your printer isn't connecting to your wireless network1.855.324.7676here's a checklist to help you troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Wi-Fi Connection on Other Devices
Verify that other devices (such as your phone, laptop, or tablet) can connect to the wireless network. If they can't, there may be an issue with your router or the Wi-Fi network itself.
2. Verify Printer’s Wi-Fi Settings
Ensure the printer’s wireless settings are properly configured. You may need to enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password on the printer. Check the printer's display or the setup menu for these options.
Sometimes, the printer will have a WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button that you can press to easily connect it to the router.
3. Restart the Printer and Router
Power off both the printer and your router. Wait for about 30 seconds and turn them back on. This can resolve temporary connectivity issues.
4. Ensure Correct Network
Make sure the printer is trying to connect to the correct Wi-Fi network, especially if you have multiple networks (e.g., 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands). Some printers only support the 2.4 GHz band, so try connecting to that if both are available.
5. Check Printer Firmware
Outdated firmware on your printer may cause connectivity issues. Visit the manufacturer's website and ensure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date.
6. Disable Network Isolation or Guest Network
Some routers have a "Guest Network" feature or "Network Isolation" that prevents devices on the guest network from communicating with each other or the main network. Ensure that your printer and other devices are on the same network.
7. Check Router Settings
Ensure that your router's settings allow for new devices to connect. Check if any MAC filtering or firewall settings are blocking the printer from joining the network.
8. Printer Software or App Issues
If you're using software or an app to configure the printer, ensure that it's working properly and that you're following the correct setup process.
9. Signal Interference
If your Wi-Fi signal is weak or there’s interference from other devices, your printer may struggle to connect. Try moving the printer closer to the router or remove any possible sources of interference (e.g., microwaves, cordless phones).
10. Reset Network Settings on Printer
If none of the above work, you can try resetting the printer’s network settings to default and reconfigure it from scratch. This option can usually be found in the printer’s settings menu.
If you’ve gone through these steps and your printer still won't connect, it might be worth reaching out to the printer’s support team for further assistance or consider performing a factory reset on the printer (if possible).

Have the same problem.. primter appears connected to wifi on my mac and epson 3760 printer but doenst send print.. printer says excellent connection.. i have another epson 2610 that is connecte and working fine.. i already reseted my router.. disconwcted lower aupply and restarted it and nothing.
Most of the time, people go through wifi problem. due to the wifi encryption problem. when users changes there password or encryption type on their wifi. but don’t delete the existing profile on your their network. they face such kind of problem. so you should delete the existing wifi profile from your wifi and try to connect your printer to the wifi. I am sure this will work fine this time.

Yes, thank you this was exactly my issue.
I found with our EPSON ET-2760 it will not find our SSID utilizing google wifi because of the special character: “‘“ (apostrophe). I made a guest network without a special character and it immediately sees it. It only sees some special characters. I have 63 devices on my wifi so I’m not going to change my SSID. I guess the answer is to flip networks when I need to print.

Thank you. This was the issue I have been struggling with tonight and your answer was the one that identified my issue. Have to say that I'm disappointed with Epson's software not being able to handle this It is such a basic function at this point.
I agree! Such a super easy thing for them to fix and it boggles my mind that they have special characters omitted.

most printers don’t support ADHOC WiFi
most phones can’t create AP WiFi networks, they only work with ADHOC, it’s a limitation of the wifi chip in the phone.

Try reconnecting to the network, which must be 2.4 G. If it wouldn't connect turn it off, unplug it and try again. That worked for me. As an aside, I’ll never buy another Epson printer. It’s been a pain, but does seem to work better with the windows machines on my network.

Presumably wifi sourced. Try putting a reflector of kitchen foil behind your modem facing the printer.

My EpsonL4260 was connected to our wifi network just fine and then it suddenly stopped connecting and wouldn't even see our wifi signal. I turned out that the WPS button on our D-Link wireless router had gotten bumped and all I had to do was press it again (just for a moment, if you hold the button in for several seconds, it will reset the router which you do not want!) and voila! our SSID appeared again and we were connected!
