Facebook log-in confirmation coming up blank.

I just bought this phone, switched from the Galaxy S5. With or Without wifi enabled, any time I try to log into apps with my Facebook account, the confirmation page comes up blank. I can't figure it out, and it's making the phone near unusable since everything is linked to my Facebook.

Thoughts? What would cause a log-in popup to function improperly?
