I didn't replace the lcd, but i did remove and put back the lcd. Can you help me a little bit more where is exactly going? Is it an important part? Sorry about my english. Thanks your help
Part doesn't look important at all but if I remember correctly it sticks onto the loud / ringer / bottom speaker.
Edit: Yeah I think I'm correct, check the image on step 18 of this guide:
I was wrong. I thought it was the part that the pentalobe screws screwed into.
