bom dia, tenho um macbook pro retina A1502 de 2014, caio de uma certa altura e ficou com o ecram danificado, usei algumas vezes com o cabo HDMI so que dava erro na imagem e desligava-se, então tentei formatar acabei por eliminar o sistema dele ja tentei voltar a ligar para tentar recupera mais quando vou tentar fazer a combinação de comando R+P faz um ruído no teclado e quando liga normal aparece uma caixa de envelope com o ponto de interrogação ou vai dando os 3 beeps. será que tem conserto o que devo fazer?

Good morning, I have a macbook pro retina A1502 of 2014, I fell from a certain height and got the damaged screen, I used a few times with the HDMI cable, which gave an error in the image and it was turned off, so I tried to format it, I ended up eliminating the system I already tried to reconnect to try to recover more when I try to make the combination of command R + P makes a noise on the keyboard and when it turns on normal appears an envelope box with the question mark or goes giving the 3 beeps. @danj another 3 beep machine with non-removable RAM. It's something else.

@mayer how about a reflow of the memory? Possibility of cracked colder solder joints?

@oldturkey03 I believe we are seeing this after the Sierra upgrade. I suspect it is software related or a manufacturing defect. But I do not remember it happening until after Sierra. Will have to do deeper research, I've looked for it before but found nothing but the old RAM (removable problems). I think this is something new.
