cant hear anything when calling.. and cant be heard either

i few days ago my phone fell on its back..it wasnt a hard fall.. but still after that when i ever i made a phone call i couldnt hear the other party's voice and wasnt heard either.. not even on speaker mode or by the headphones..

but when i use the voicememo app i can record and hear myself back just fine.. i can listen to music and everything..

i restored the phone and still the same problem persists..

what can i do??

if there is no physical evidence of the fall try contacting the place you purchased from, phone this new should still be under warranty.

iphone 4 isn't my thing but... it may be the headphone jack is damaged. if so then the phone thinks jack is in and so no sound from earpiece but why the speaker works/microphone works. sometimes you'll see the headphone sign on screen sometimes not.

Thank u but my headphone jack works well. I had it jailbroken when his happened and made it fall though there wasn't any cracks on the screen. Is there any other thing? And if I drive to the Orange store (Im french orange is like at&t) , Will i have a free replacement and an on thé spot replacement? Thanks man

You'd have to ask them. But I'd get rid of the jailbreak as it voids the apple warranty apparently
