1 Why won't the buttons on my ZEN V Plus not work?
I'm looking at my screen and hitting scroll button and nothing happens. Why won't my joystick work?

The device may be frozen. Try resetting the device by placing a small paper clip in the pinhole on the side to press the reset button.
