My iPhone 5s won't Restore (Problem)
when i click on "Restore iPhone" then i get that Problem "there was a problem downloading software for the iphone"
help me

on the top of the window for itunes, under "Help" - "Run Diagnostic" use that to help resolve your problem.

i had 2 fail test and still have same problems
