When I download the newest Update for my phone it starts the Update but then when it comes to the restart point oft the Update it does nothing anymore, the work is in progress for hours and nothing happens. I tried restarting it my self but still the same Problem what can I do?

Hi did you try the OTA update or the update via SD card?
No matter what, try the other way.
Before updating, check the version, maybe the update doesn't start because the update is already installed....

I tried both ways, same result, When it says restart it is just loading endless.
