How do I install a new Digitizer?

I own a BLU Studio 6.0 HD and recently a slight section of the right side of my screen stopped working and not long after that I started getting ghost touches a lot, then my home and back buttons stopped working. I did a little research and found out it was the digitizer. I ordered a replacement online and it just arrived in the mail (with all required tools. How do I go about replacing it? Ive never done something like this before and dont want to mess something up and ruin my phone.
