I can't hear my ringer

some things to check first will be the volume settings and make sure it is set all the way up, at times there can be dirt/lint stuck in the headphone jack and with make the phone think there are headphones plugged in. try and use some fine nose tweezers and pull any debris out. if neither of those things help then it only leaves us with a bad speaker.
