Samsung Tab 4 7'' wont turn on

I have tried different Samsung chargers and none of them want work.When press power button it is just the same black screen like before .No chargers will work.

Samsung tablets have this issue that makes them seem like they're dead but if you pop the back off and disconnect the battery for 10-20 seconds the re-connect it should power up and be fine.
