My phone keep showing the apple restarting symbol but it doesn't work
I've removed my SIM card and done the hard reset but my phone still keep showing the appl restart symbol and it restart every 20sec

What is the history of this phone? Did the phone get dropped or the phone recently repaired before / water damage?
Is it stuck on the apple logo right now with the charging cable unplugged?
Does it only display the apple logo when it is plugged in and disappears immediately when the charging cable is unplugged?
If the apple logo disappears immediately on unplug then the battery is most likely either unplugged or gone faulty.
