How to solve battery slot in moto g?

I am having moto g and the battery slot has been removed. I have plane surface on the position where battery slot usually exits.how to get slot on motherboard.

Will i have to change motherboard or is there any alternate option are available to make it new as it was earlier?

Plz rply soon as i am very much worried.
