The mic won't pick up any sound (nor in calls nor in whatsapp) unless I scream in it at a certain angle and I'm wondering if there is a way to fix it or replace it

The microphone is located to the left of the charging port in that picture. There is a tiny hole that can get clogged, try cleaning it out with 99% IPA. Otherwise, its a pretty easy process to replace it.

There is 2 microphone. One in place you mentioned. Another one Near to Audio Jack.
The one near the charge port is the mic that is used in phone calls (for normal calls and when using speakerphone) This one is on the side of the board facing the screen and needs to have the logic board removed to access it. The second mic is near the audio jack on the back side of the logic board and this mic is for when recording video with the rear facing camera. Both mics have a small rubber protector over them that you can remove with tweezers.
