hello, i have a iphone 6 plus jailbroken running 9.3.3 but i want to do a restore via itunes but the touch ID and HOME BUTTON doesn't work i use the on screen home button ,i was wondering if i can proceed without getting any error such as error 53?? (i heard about).

Resetting network settings sometimes fixes touch ID not working if phone hasn't been repaired before.

I recently replaced the screen but transfer the touch id and home button on the new screen but idk if something wrong with the flex cable that connects to the touch id (the back panel) but the home button still dont work i have to use the on screen home button. they said apple fixed the issue with 9.2.1 i was on 9.2.1 at the time and i updated via OTA to 9.3.3 and the update works but am wondering if itunes would work.
There are multiple points of failure for the home button functionality. The most common ones are the home button extension cable being damaged and the home button ribbon cable being physically cut.

The error 53 is no longer an issue. Apple resolved the issue about 6 months ago. The error 53 came from the original home button was paired with the motherboard of the phone. If the home button was replaced the home button was no longer paired with the motherboard giving the error 53. If you replaced the home button on this phone you will not have Touch ID (which doesn't matter because you don't have it now) but the home button should work

Yes, on the latest iOS update you do not need to worry about error 53 being an issue. That has been since solved.
