Was in the middle of down loading a game came back and the screen is black will not turn on nothing.

Samsung phones like to throw tantrums.
First, plug the phone into a wall charger, not a PC, hold down power for at least 30 seconds. If it didn't turn on:
Plug it into a wall charger for 8 hours, then try turning it on with it still plugged in. If it didn't turn on:
Try booting to recovery mode: press and hold home, down volume and power until the logo appears.
If none of those options work, download Samsung Smart Switch and select the emergency recovery option.
