hello,
If your computer is running slower than usual, randomly freezes or restarts, or refuses to boot, see the Motherboard Has a Faulty Capacitor problem page for capacitor troubleshooting help.
I didn't find a lot of info on the mainboard.
But does the fan and power supply run normally?
Do you hear the hard disk?
There is always a possibility that the GPU died.

You can't start the pc when the heat sink is off the CPU, its very dangerous for the cpu. Modern pc's will automaticly shut down when the system doesn't recognize a heat sink.
When you remove the ram it wil give some beeptones .. so this is weird.
did you tried a new or other cpu and a other or new fan? did you tried to use other ram?
its still weird there is no beep without ram installed.
check also the capicitators and transistors. ( swollen or blown or leaking)..
Like i sayed before : i didn't find a lot of info about the motherboard : is the GPU on the board? or do you work with an graphic card?
Did you tried to measure out the voltage incomming on the board?
Can you send us a decent picture of the motherboard?
I would try a graphic card . doesn't need to be a expensive one. just use a cheap one , but it need to fit in and need to be compatible for your pcb.
Yes dear when pushed the power button pc is running normally but been sound doesn't hear cpu fan constantly running. After removing heat sink of cpu the cpu also became hot and when the ram also removed, there is no any beep sound. Please tel me what happened my G45 Foxcone motherboard?

I was put the heat sink by the side of the CPU but not removed connecter fan and motherboard cooling fan was running. But I didn't try another ram or CPU
. Do u think that issue is that two item . I'm using onboard vga and sound. I checked all the capacitor it's did not see any unusual apperence of caps . I too updated the bios also. What do u think what happened to my motherboard. Foxcone 45G. ?
