Keeps Rebooting continuously no start up

when it powered off push volume down + power button then wait for android robot appear then choose factory data reset. if vol down+powerbutton do not work the next option is volume up+power button if theres lying android with a triangle just push the power buttoon to see the options then choose factory data reset by highlighting it with volume buttons you read the instructions above the options showed to know how to highlight and choose a option below hope it will work ^_^
