The drive turns but the hdd does not work

Hi guys so i have the hdd of my laptop that unfortunatelly broke,basically i cant acess it anymore and when i atach it to any sata port i can see that the device turns on and spins but windows cant regonize the drive and i cant use it,,

basically if any of u has any idea if is posible to fix it or to save the data i had inside pls write.
