SNES Mini won't show video or audio

A few months ago, I picked up with a SNES Mini SNS-101 that had the common broken power port problem. In order to fix it, I attempted a replacement mod tutorial online using a replacement port from RadioShack. With the help of a friend, I was recently able to double check my wiring of the replacement, and confirm that it was correctly wired. (From the standpoint of a voltage tester.) When I go to test it, nothing appears or can be heard on the TV. I was given some advice to check the voltage strips for a short, but I am not sure where to find them. Where can I find the voltage strips or fuses on the motherboard? (Its either not marked obviously, or I'm just not familiar with the abbreviation.) One of the joints on the power switch also appears to be discolored. (I've seen something similar before from a Sega Genesis with a loose power connector.)

To clarify, this is for the SNES mini, (the slim version of the SNES) SNS-101.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Update (05/24/2016)

I have to wait for the part to come in, but it appears that the F1 Fuse is blown. I did a continuity test on the fuse, and did not get a beep from the meter. I'll update this page when I am able to install it.
