I've got an iPhone 6 that won't charge. I confirmed the wall charger works. I'm getting 1.19v on the battery connector when it's plugged in. The customer said they have been using after market chargers.
Could this be a bad U2 IC or something else?

Buy an inexpensive USB amp meter to connect between charger and phone. This will help you see if the phone is actually charging or not. Similarly, try a known good battery to differentiate between not charging or not booting

After market chargers are the root cause of u2 chips failure. Almost guaranteed u2 chip is bad and needs replacing.

Watch ipad rehab's youtube video on the Tristar (u2) chips to get a better idea if what you are seeing is likely a damaged tristar
Are you getting no response when the phone is plugged into a charger?
Does the phone say its charging but % continues to drop?
Does the phone charge when it is turned off?
Is the phone recognized by a computer when you plug it in to itunes?
