volume button and on/off button dont work after screen change

After I replace screen set from ifixit, the two volume button on the side, and the on/off button on top dont work anymore. The replace goes without any problem.

IPhone 4 or 4s? Sounds like you've damaged the ribbon cables for them.

At the iPhone 5 and 5S it could be the same Problem with the Kable. Maybe you damaged it by repairing the Display or it is not connected to the Logic Board.
