Stuck on "fire" screen
Kindle Fire HD 6 4th Gen. it powers on shows the Amazon screen and then proceeds to screen where the word "fire" is and stops, the word fire has the motion going through it still like something is loading/working but never proceeds to the next screen. Have tried resetting by holding the power key, have tried unplugging the battery. Neither helped. Looking for other suggestions. Can not factory reset from Amazon site because kindle will not fully load.
