Help with charging port
Bought lonova tab last august and shop saying they wont fix it or replace it can anybody help me pleass

Hi @mandy018 ,
If the charging port has not been physically damaged by you (or anybody else) and the problem is that it is just not working correctly then the repair should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Verify that the warranty period is still valid and then consult the warranty statement contained in the documentation that came with the tablet as to what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair.
