Lumia 735 died, not charging and not starting up?
the battery went off due to low battery and couldn't on nor charge when plugged to main wall or computer

Try holding the volume down button, the power button and camera button at the same time until you get display or for 5-15 seconds. It might help. Try it unplugged and plugged in.
If the above does not work you may need to restore system software which you will most likely lose all data if you do it.

thanks for the reply but it didn't on and the link on microsoft download but did not connect to the phone
