iPhone 6 128 Gb Flash to iPhone SE
Is it possible and why?
Is dit een goede vraag?
There is no iPhone SE 128G available, so expect software lockouts even if you do manage to swap the NAND chip.

No, unless you're an extremely skilled micro solderer, this kind of transfer is near impossible. The flash chips are soldered onto the main logic board, and Apple may choose to use different NAND chips from year to year, even month to month, thus changing the pinouts of these chips.
Keep in mind, Apple has machines do this job, and the machines fail to correctly solder those components on sometimes.

May be from 6s?
Again, unless you're REALLY good at micro soldering, it probably won't work, and you'll probably fry the logic board, NAND chip or both.
