Digitizer does not work

Hi have changed the back light IC on the logic board. The back light issue is solved after replacing the back light IC but like always it is some or the other with ipads .

After hooking up everything the touch doesn't work, I have used 5 different digitizer to see if it is digitizer issue but neither one works and I dont know what could have happened .

Please suggest.

I suggest you knocked something off the board or used too much heat or damaged the connector. Look for missing components, balls of solder which do not belong, and/or any type of visible damage.

Next look at the schematics and troubleshoot touch circuit.

EDIT:

@touchwireless in the red circle most to the right in your picture, there seems to be a small component, possibly a resistor bridging two capacitors C3106 and C3108. Those 2 caps are on an important line shooting out from a touch IC. Remove that component and see if that solves it. Unless it is an artifact from the picture...

Here, that small guy in the middle of this circle, the only vertically positioned component:

what if i have used too much heat will the ipad still turn on ?

It should, so that you be careful. If you apply unnecessary amounts of heat to remove the shields, you kill the phone. Practice with scrap iPhone 6 boards first. They are a special breed when it comes to shield removal.

how should i know if thats the overheat issue

I'll look at my schematics and get back to you. It does seem like you bridged something unless this is due to the bad image quality.

Can you add a high-resolution close-up picture of the area circled in red?

Yes something is not right. You seem to have a component shorting two caps. They are on the same line, but it could be shorting them to ground and causing this. You need to remove it.
