Why is my back panel coming off?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7" and the back panel is coming off near the power buttons and volume rockers. This is really annoying because the tablet is pretty much brand new, I tried bringing it to the Samsung store where I bought it but they wouldn't fix it. When I press down on the loose part, I can feel an adhesive material holding on to the back panel, then approximately 23 seconds after pressing it down I hear a very audible click. It was the back panel. I use a Samsung Book Cover on the tablet btw.

Not familiar with that device, but is there a loose/missing fastener (screw)?

Nope, back is all plastic and probable held down by some glue or something. No screw are visible, but for now I just put some duct tape on it.

Call samsung, take a video of it post it on youtube.

Might be the battery is exploding / inflating. This is what happens when battery's go bad. In the area of the buttons, mine gets super hot when charging. ( @ return / page back button area) you can arrange this work via Samsung+ app ( Video conference) @2 weeks turn around. You will get a shipping label in the mail.
