Wifi turning on / stuck - greyed out

Hello , my wifi disconected and turned off and now wont turn on at all. So I poped the back out connected and disconected things camera and everything I saw , connected bach and it worked for a good 2 hours with very good signal. Now I have the same problem again. Tablet was stationary i was watching some youtube videos. Thanks for help

Bluetooth doesnt work either . Is it the same problem? Where can I find the module?
