Idol 3 is supposed to flip whichever way is up. When I bought the phone I didn't test this feature. The screen reverses for everything else except when I get a phone call. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how to fix. I can't return. Already passed the seven day return period. Also did the factory reset. Didn't work. Any advise?

Hi,
Have you checked the settings available in Menu > Settings > Gestures > turn over to mute or turn over to activate to see if one of them will enable the feature that you want.

For your information, if someone here doesn't help you fix your problem and it is proven to be a faulty phone, the manufacturer gives a 1 year warranty on the product. Here is a link to the manufacturer's warranty information. Hang in there though somebody here may come up with a fix so give it a few days before you go down the warranty path, you still have plenty of time left on your warranty.
