I need a disc
My screen is blue and says your pc needs to be repaired. The guy at the repair shop says I need the disc that came with the computer . Mine didn't come with one . How do I get one

You may be able to get one from the manufacturers web site . There usually downloadable . Just contact customer support with your serial number and they should help you out . If not you can download a disc from the windows store . Once again you need your OEM key and they should provide one

It might help to know your make and model number. It may not have come with a disk. Macs haven't for years.
