Why won't my phone charge?
Phone does not recharge while being plugged into charger.

Your battery may need to be replaced, or your phone charger could be frayed/damaged. Usually, charger damage is fairly visible and evident, so if this doesn't appear to be the problem I would recommend replacing the battery. Please view the troubleshooting page for replacing the BLU Studio 5.0 II's battery.
