Respsonse to touch does not work. New screen still has same issue?
An iPhone 5C was dropped with the screen facing down. There are no damages done to the phone. It is still in one piece but the screen does not respond to touch. I tested a new screen and the same issue is still there. LCD turns on, all buttons function but screen does not respond to touch.
I have googled this and found nothing. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
