Upgrade to Windows 7 from XP after installing 1G of RAM

I have a Compaq Presario sr1000 with an AMD Sempron 3000, 80 GB DMA hard drive, and I've added a 1G stick of RAM in addition to the 256MB stick that came stock. I added the RAM in hopes of upgrading the os from xp to windows 7. I am very hesitant to connect this computer to the internet. is there ANY way to run the upgrade advisor without internet?

I would advise not to upgrade to Windows 7 as it will run very slow with 1.2 gigabytes of RAM.
