I can't find a jumper to reset a bios password

I can't find a jumper to reset a bios password with Toshiba Satellite L50-A-1FM please help me out i forget my bios password and i was trying to reset it using a boot-able CD, DVD & USB but i couldn't pass the bios password please make my day.

have you looked at other toshiba laptops

from what i can remember it used to be under the ram then under the sticker under the ram

Try to flash a newer BIOS version . Maybe this works

@birukz most modern laptops do no longer use a CMOS jumper. They are using pads that need to be bridged to clear the CMOS. Removing the battery, if it still has one, does no longer work for this purpose either. The location of the pads will depend on your motherboard. As we all items made by Toshiba, service manuals are pretty much impossible to obtain. Your best bet would be to contact Toshiba directly for some help.

If your machine does actually have jumpers they will be near the memory dimm not necessarily under but somewhere close there usually marked xxx or with a 500 series number or with jcmos you can with older laptops remove the cmos battery and short the positive and negative. but on some this doesnt work . ot03 is right in saying contact toshiba as they can best help you out here . Hope this helps
