My iPhone when Restore displays a blue screen

My iphone has been dropped after I dropped the iphone didn't have a gsm signal whatever after a while i was trying to turn my iphone on but he didn't Response so that's driving me out of my mind so i left it for a while now i was trying to restore my iphone but it gets a error (4013) i changed the usb to lightning cable but it didn't work's out so i have changed the lightning port and audio jack 3.5 mm but it keeps displaying this error so i have changed the battery and open up the itunes now the error is (9)

and my iphone displays the apple logo then it starts loading for a while after that he displays a blue screen the he shut's off so if any one could help me or i will hand it to apple :(

(i tried reiboot but it does not works for me )

i have tried this but the iphone won't get in any mode he is stuck in recovery mode but he never displayed the itunes icon i have tried reiboot and when i tab on exit recovery mode the iphone restarts then he gets again in recovery mode
