Hi, I'm from Sweden and I believe we have different sizes. I have about 5 hex keys the same size but none work. Does anyone know which size I need? I tried ordering a 1/8th inch (?) hex key but it was way too big (suggested at another forum).
I would be so happy. Otherwise, does anyone know how to remove screws without the proper hex key?

That looks like a security torx screw (see if there is a pin in the middle of it). Take a look at these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/23116976979...

Success! I bought a starter kit of torx keys :) Let's see if I manage to fix the printer.
I have no idea if you can actually fix it but you will be able to get into it.

this is not a hex key it is a torx
