Out of box recovery now no drivers for all contollers

I recently performed an out of box recovery on my Toshiba C675-S7103. I cannot connect to internet or windows media due to a missing COMCTL32.dll. After investigating I found that I am missing most all drivers including:

Ethernet Controller, Network Controller, PCI Simple Communications Controller, and SM Bus Controller

Where do I download these and how to I load them on my laptop without being able to connect to the computer? I went to Toshiba website but I don't see the specific wording for the information given to me on error codes.

Which drivers to I need to download? E.g.

ASIX LAN Driver

You need to go to Toshiba support to download the drivers.

Make sure to correctly select your laptop product line and model number.

Also, make sure to download the correct driver for their respective brands. For example, if you have an Intel wireless chip make sure the wireless driver is Intel and not Atheros.

Thank you August. I did go to the website but all the errors say are that I have no drivers these ones:

Ethernet Controller, Network Controller, PCI Simple Communications Controller, and SM Bus Controller

When I go to the website there is no wording that matches above. So, which ones do I choose. Also, how to I find out which chip I have? I am pretty sure its Intel.

I couldn't say off the top of my head. But I know Ethernet Controller will be described as "LAN Driver" or similar. And a Chipset driver usually cures SM Bus and maybe PCI... It's different from device to device so I couldn't say for sure.
