Need help with Samsung galaxy note II pls

Okay I had the screen replace on my Samsung galaxy note || and then had the battery replaced aswell and so I got it home and got it all charged up and everything but when I go to turn it on it shows me the Samsung Galaxy note I on the phone and then nothing more happens its like it shuts right now or something like that I guess u would say and so I dunno what to do cause it says its got a full charge but it just wont power on past that point of the name of the phone and im starting to get a little frustrated cause then I try to power it back on and it wont work inless I plug it back it but then I cant get it past that point and well shouldn't have to plug it back inn if its got a full charge so I dunno what the heck too doo...
