SMC problem with MacBook A146 (liquid damaged)

For a while I look on this motherboard but can not find the problem ...

all "G3Hot" (Always-Present) Rails are okay and PP5V_S5 rails is ok

Yet the MacBook will not start

For rails smc onoff I have this:

NO TURN ON

SMC_ONOFF_L 3,3

SMC_BC_ACOK: 3.1v

PM_PWRBTN_L: 0,33v

TURN ON

SMC_ONOFF_L 0v

SMC_BC_ACOK: 3.1v

PM_PWRBTN_L: 0,33v

the values are they good?

Otherwise there are those values that seem abnormal:

DCIN_S5_VSENSE 0v

PM_SLP_S5_L 0v
