I have a Panasonic viera TV

My moms coworker gave it to her blinking 10 and knowing I can fix it I fixed it and its been working for about a month and now it stopped and started blinking 2 times I started to mess around with the TV and it turned on for 3 seconds and then it turned off and started blinking 4 times and I dont know how to fix it this time

@tito the 4 blink code is known as power SOS. The usual cause for that is the DC-DC converter on the PA board. Take a look at that and see if you find something obvious, like burned or missing components. You'll need the schematics and a multimeter to check out the board, or replace it.
