My brand new tablet will not function, the screen acts like someone else is using it, even when sitting on a table it starts opening pages or the page I am on starts flashing, in the middle of an App the screen will act like I am clicking on something when I am not touching it- what do I do, Target won't accept a return

Here is the Warranty agreement by Acer for U.S.A. (I don't know where you are but 'google' acer warranty for your location) It gives a 1 year warranty on their products. Scroll down to Section 6 Instructions for obtaining Warranty service to see what you have to do.

It is advisable for any warranty service inquiries, on any product, to first contact the manufacturer's customer support section. They should advise you on what you have to do to obtain warranty service.
