No picture but has sound

Try to turn on my tv and all I have is sound with no picture. I'd have to turn it off and on a couple of times the it would work. .. no it won't ... have sounds but no picture and the red light on the bottom left corner blinks

What model is your TV? What have you checked? IS there a pattern to the blinking red light?
